The team at Pricklee just closed a $2M seed round and completed a full brand repositioning — evolving from a niche cactus water brand into a mainstream natural hydration powerhouse for everyday consumers. You can now find them on shelves at Whole Foods, Sprouts, HEB and many more to come.

I’ve had the privilege of working closely with the Pricklee team on strategy, brand, messaging, packaging and go-to-market as they sharpened their story and built their winning case for investors.

What I love most about this brand: the product is genuinely differentiated (prickly pear is a superfood with electrolytes, antioxidants, and vitamin C at a fraction of the sugar of most hydration drinks), and the founders have the conviction, talent and a learning mindset, all while being focused on execution at every level.

The rebrand and raise aren’t the destination, they’re the launchpad.
